In the recent turn of events, Rakhi Sawant too has filed a legal complaint against Tanushree Dutta over defamation and has demanded Rs 0.25 Paise and an apology. We exclusively have the written complaint that was issued by Rakhi's lawyer. The complaint states that the plaintiff (Rakhi Sawant) has been in the industry for close to two decades has been defamed by Tanushree Dutta as the latter called her 'classless'.

According to the complaint, Rakhi Sawant has suffered huge financial loss and a dent on her reputation post Tanushree Dutta's interview where she hinted at Rakhi for having no class.

The plaintiff states that she was shocked to hear this as she only considered the defendant (Tanushree Dutta) to be a close friend and colleague and respected her decision to stay away from the industry. That it was plain and simple that the defendant was making such statements out of sheer jealousy as the plaintiff has been getting regular work since the last two decades now whereas due to the embarrassment of not getting adequate work as an actress the defendant had left the country and given up on acting.

She also demanded Rs 0.25 Paise for the derogatory remarks against her and a public apology. Here's an excerpt from the complaint.
