Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt And Vicky Kaushal Starrer Love & War's Plot Revealed?

Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal are set to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next titled Love & War. Ever since the movie was announced, movie buffs have been eagerly waiting for an update. Speaking of which, recently has been reported that the epic love story will go on the floors in October this year. Not just this, the report also seemingly revealed the plot of the movie.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, Ranbir will join the shooting in the first week of October, Vicky around October 10 and Alia in December. "Sanjay Leela Bhansali begins his journey on Love And War by shooting for some sole sequences featuring Ranbir Kapoor and then moves on to the friendship portions of RK and Vicky. He has planned and designed the schedule keeping the dates of his star cast in mind,” a source told Pinkvilla.

Why will Alia Bhatt join in late?

The actress has given most of her dates to Yash Raj Films (YRF) for Alpha owing to which she will be joining the cast after wrapping up the shooting, which is either end of November or early December.

Did the source reveal the plot of Love & War?

The shoot schedule of the movie will be split in the following ways based on the inter-character dynamic - Ranbir (Action); Ranbir and Vicky (Friendship); Vicky and Alia (Romance); Ranbir and Alia (Romance and drama); and the mega scene Ranbir, Alia and Vicky's conflict. For this, Alia and Vicky have reportedly allotted over 200 days to the filmmaker and won't be shooting for any other movie till it concludes. The film is scheduled to hit the theatres next year on Christmas.

Ranbir is currently shooting for the epic periodic drama Ramayana, co-starring Sai Pallavi, Lara Dutta and Sunny Deol. Alia is preparing for her next movie Alpha, co-starring Sharvari Wagh and Bobby Deol. Vicky, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of Chhaava, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna. Helmed by Laxman Utekar, the movie is scheduled to release on December 6.
