Sajid Khan's Hilarious Quip At Saif Ali Khan Stabbing: Director Says 'Botox Face' Actresses Were Attacker's First Targets

Sajid Khan was seen in Bigg Boss 16. The #MeToo accused filmmaker has been away from direction but has taken to standup comedy. During one of his shows, he joked about the Saif Ali Khan stabbing case and took a dig at actresses opting for plastic surgery to conceal their age and enhance their features.

In his new show held in Mumbai, the Heyy Babyy director said, “Saif Ali Khan was recently stabbed inside his house, kisi chor ne chaaku vaaku maar diya tha, I hope he’s fine now. Usse pehle woh chor do-teen Bollywood actresses ke ghar pe gaya tha Bandra mein but botox ki wajah se chaaku toot gaya.” His wit left the audience in splits. Sajid shared the clip on his Instagram handle with the hashtag ‘botox face’.

Saif Ali Khan stabbing case: A timeline

Saif Ali Khan was stabbed multiple times at his residence in the Satguru Sharan building in Bandra, Mumbai on January 16. Saif was attacked by an intruder, later identified as Mohd Shariful Islam Shehzad, who entered his home with the intent to commit theft. After a violent confrontation with the accused, Saif sustained stab wounds to his thoracic spine and other body parts. He was rushed to Lilavati Hospital for immediate treatment following the attack. He recovered swiftly in the coming days.

His next release is Jewel Thief, also starring Jaideep Ahlawat. Billed as a heist film, it will premiere on OTT in the coming months. Saif was last seen in Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor's Devara: Part 1, which was released in theatres across the country in September 2024. He will also feature in Kartavya and Race 4. Meanwhile, talks are on with him to come onboard Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit.
