The media seems to like putting people in a trap with their bold and unapologetic questions. While many celebrities cave in, Shah Rukh Khan often has witty replies for the media’s savagery. From press interviews to chat-shows Shah Rukh manages to silence everyone with his one-liners. Here are five witty replies by the Baadshah, that were not only witty but also hilarious:

“I’m Tri-sexual”

During a press conference, a reporter had blatantly asked Shah Rukh Khan if he was bisexual. Many would get uncomfortable with such a question no doubt, be it celebrities or netizens. But Shah Rukh reportedly had a quick comeback. He stated he is not bisexual but tri-sexual; he likes to try everything. 

Plastic surgery every morning?

At an interview, someone had reportedly asked Shah Rukh Khan whether he wakes up looking the way he does at public events. This seems to be a rather weird question to ask. While many would not be sure whether this is a compliment or a dig, Shah Rukh had a witty reply. He reportedly said he has to go through plastic surgery every morning to look the way he does. Some even thought this was true!

Reality check

Many will remember the immigration fiasco faced by Shah Rukh Khan in the U.S. Indians everywhere were bitter towards the way Shak Rukh was asked to strip because he was a Khan. But the actor had a sporting take on the whole situation. He had reportedly said that whenever he feels too arrogant about himself he goes to America. The immigration guys kick the star out of his stardom.

Never ask a man’s salary!

On one occasion, a female reporter seemed to have asked Shah Rukh Khan his wages. While this is considered an offensive question Shah Rukh reportedly handled the situation well. Referring to the popular saying ‘Never ask a man his salary and a woman her age’, he replied that if she chose to ask this once again he would have to ask her age. The reporter seemed to have got the message.

The end of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan’s decade-long tiff was well received by everyone. When the two appeared on stage together, Salman was reportedly moved to tears. When a reporter asked Shah Rukh how his relation with Salman is currently referring to the incident, the actor had a witty answer. He reportedly said it is indeed going very well and the two of them are planning to have a baby soon.
