Singham Again: Ajay Devgn is ready to roar again as Bajirao Singham

After months of curiosity, the makers of Singham Again have finally unveiled the first look poster of Ajay Devgn, who will be reprising his role in the film. On Monday, director Rohit Shetty took to his social media handle, offering a glimpse of 'everyone's favourite cop' Bajirao Singham. This has come after Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff, among others, joined the cast.

Taking to Instagram, Rohit Shetty shared a poster in which we can see Ajay Devgn in a fiery avatar, ready to roar like a lion. In the background, we can see fire blazing around him. Introducing him, the caption read, "Sher aatank machaata hai, aur zakhmi sher tabaahi! Everyone’s favourite cop, BAJIRAO SINGHAM IS BACK!…SINGHAM AGAIN…"

Ajay Devgn also shared the poster on his Instagram handle and introduced his character like this, "He is Mighty. He is Power. He is Danger. He is Strength. Singham will roar again!"

Ranveer Singh introduced Ajay Devgn as "Whoever has the guts, he is proud BAJIRAO SINGHAM !!!"

More about Singham Again

It is the third film in the Singham franchise. Apart from Ajay, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh will also be reprising their role in the film. Kareena will star as Ajay's wife Avni Singham, Akshay as Veer Sooryavanshi and Ranveer as  Inspector Sangram Bhalerao. 

Other than them, Deepika will star as Lady Singham (touted to be Ajay's sister) and Tiger Shroff as Special Task Force Officer ACP Satya. In September this year, the director kicked off the film with a mahurat shot at YRF studios in Mumbai. The filmmaker was also joined by Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn during the puja ceremony.

The film is expected to hit the theatres next year, but the makers are yet to announce the release date.
