The post comes at a time when the last season of her show Aarya has been getting mixed reviews from critics and audiences, most of them showing disappointment in the show's ending. The actress, who is a fitness enthusiast, took to her Instagram handle to share a photo of herself from her workout session. In the photo, the actress can be seen showing off her muscles.

On Monday, Sushmita Sen took to her official Instagram handle to share a photo of herself from her gym. She captioned the post, “From setBACK to comeBACK. When positivity BACKsup…Negativity BACKsdown!!!"

Sushmita Sen, who was always into fitness, got a little more possessive about it after she suffered a heart attack a few months ago. This was during the time when she was shooting for Aarya. The actress shared about her health only after she recovered from it and was discharged. Apart from Aarya, the actress was also seen in the film Taali, where she played the role of real-life transgender activist Shri Gauri Sawant. 

Sushmita is often spotted in Mumbai during her outings and work-related trips. She is reportedly back with her ex Rohman Shawl, with whom she often gets papped.
