Varun Dhawan and his Natasha Dalal have embraced parenthood for the first time. The couple welcomed their baby girl on June 3 in a private hospital in Mumbai. Family members of the new parents visited the hospital to meet the new parents. Varun Dhawan has now taken to his social media account to share the news with his fans and followers officially. 

Varun Dhawan welcomes baby girl 

On June 4, a day after the birth of his daughter, Varun Dhawan took to his Instagram account to share the news of her birth with his fans officially. He shared a video in which his pet pooch can be seen holding a placard that read, “Welcome Lil sis”. The video post also read, “Baby Dhawan, Proud parents Natasha and Varun, Proud Family – ‘Dalals and Dhawans’. Adding to this, Varun wrote, “Our Baby Girl Is Here,” and added, Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby.’

The post concluded, “We are overjoyed with this new blessing in our lives. During this special time, we request the media to give us our privacy. Thank you for your support and understanding.”

Celebs extend wishes to new parents 

As soon as Varun Dhawan shared the post, several actors and celebrities from the industry took to the comment section to extend good wishes. Varun’s Citadel Hunny Bunny co-star Samantha Ruth Prabhu wrote, “The bestest news♥️♥️♥️ Congratulations to you both”. Rakul Preet Singh also wrote, “Congratulationsssssssss ❤️❤️❤️ so much love for three of you”. Sisters Priyanka and Parineeti Chopra also extended good wishes in the comment section. Kareena Kapoor wrote, “God bless all of you 🌈🌈🌈❤️❤️❤️wonderful news”. Actor Abhishek Bachchan wrote, “What wonderful news. Congratulations.” 

Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal, who are childhood sweethearts, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Alibaug back in January 2021. Varun shared the news about Natasha's pregnancy on February 18 earlier this year. He took to his Instagram and shared a monochromatic picture of himself kissing his wife’s baby bump. He wrote in the caption, “We are pregnant. Need all your blessings and love”.
