When Tisca Chopra decided to become a creator

In the same segment, the actress revealed how she became a creator and produced her short movie Chutney. Recalling how she embarked on this idea, Tisca shared that she was doing this piece called Chutney at  Prithvi Theatre, Mumbai. It was based on Bhisham Sahni’s story. While working on it, she thought of doing something around Chutney. She narrated that to her close friends and then they came up with the story. "The protagonist was neither good-looking nor young. Nor did she have any other privileges. She was not well-spoken and didn’t have a male heir or a child. And yet, she controls the narrative in that story,” she concluded.
