Allegations against Digangana

The complaint further alleges that Digangana told Manish Harishankar she had spoken with Akshay Kumar and that two members of his office were interested in seeing the show, as per media reports. Subsequently, two individuals visited Harishankar's office, claiming that Akshay Kumar wanted to watch the show. Since Akshay was shooting in Ajmer at the time, Harishankar arranged for Digangana and his editor to travel to Ajmer with all the episodes on an iPad. Although the editor briefly met Akshay, Digangana took the footage and went alone to show it to the superstar. Allegedly, she has not returned the iPad and claimed that Akshay demanded a full and final payment of Rs 6 crore in advance if Harishankar wanted to use his name as the presenter.

When asked to arrange a meeting with Akshay or at least a phone conversation, Digangana reportedly made excuses, leading to the current legal case.
