Bollywood star Madhuri Dixit remembered her mother, Snehlata Dixit, on her second death anniversary. She penned an emotional note and shared a series of throwback pictures. On March 12, the Dil Toh Pagal Hai actress took to her Instagram account to share the photos with the caption, “Two years without you, and not a day goes by that I don't miss you. Your love, your wisdom, and your presence are felt in every moment. Forever in my heart, Mom."

Madhuri Dixit's mother Snehalata Dikshit passed away aged 91 on March 12, 2023. In a joint statement issued by Madhuri and her husband Shriram Nene, the couple confirmed the news of her passing. The last rites were held at the Worli crematorium on March 14 at around 3:00 pm. She reportedly passes away due to an age-releated illness.
