Taylor Swift joins boyfriend Travis Kelce's cheering squad at Chiefs vs Raiders game | Watch

Grammy sensation Taylor Swift recently surprised fans by attending the Chiefs vs. Raiders game to support boyfriend Travis Kelce. The 34-year-old singer, joined by her family including mom Andrea, dad Scott and brother Austin, was spotted in festive attire passionately cheering for Kelce at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

Travis Kelce's mother, Donna, was notably absent, having travelled to Philadelphia to support her other son, Jason, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles. Swift, who previously attended a game with her father on December 17, brought the holiday spirit to the stadium, donning a Santa hat customised with Kelce's jersey number in the VIP suite.

During the second quarter, NFL commentator Romo accidentally referred to Taylor Swift as Kelce's wife, creating a buzz in the stadium. Despite the slip, the entire crowd cheered on the comment. Romo swiftly corrected himself, saying, "As you see, Kelce's wife, Taylor Swift, in the audience," capturing Swift's smiling reaction on camera.

Post-game shenanigans

Kansas City Star photojournalist Nick Wagner shared a post-game Instagram Story capturing Taylor Swift, 34, and Travis Kelce, 34, holding hands while strolling down an Arrowhead Stadium hallway. Wagner, who spent Christmas waiting for the couple, captioned the photo.

In chic attire, Swift wore a black and grey plaid miniskirt, red sweater, black tights, black heeled loafers, and a black bomber jacket. Kelce sported a Chiefs letterman jacket paired with a cable white knit sweater and grey trousers.

The Christmas Day game witnessed the Raiders surprising the Chiefs with two quick scores in the first quarter. Despite a late rally, the Chiefs, now 9-6 for the season, couldn't secure a complete comeback.

This year was Taylor Swift's luckiest so far. The pop star became a billionaire, helped spike the US economy and gave the highest-growing concert movie ever among other notable achievements.
