Lady Gaga trolled by Fortnite fans after she tweets ‘What’s fortnight'

Lady Gaga on October 15, posted a query on her twitter account, asking 'What’s fortnight' after which she was trolled online. The American singer-songwriter seems to have no idea about the popular game Fortnite which was first launched in the year 2017. The game which is extremely popular has launched its new season and map. Ninja, the Fortnite streamer replied to Gaga's question asking her to call him so they can plan the game together. Fortnite by Epic Games was again in news recently as its gamers were unable to play the game because of the appearance on a 'black hole' on October 13.

Reactions to Gaga's tweet

The tweet by the popular singer grabbed the attention of tens of thousands of the game's fans across the world. Posted on Tuesday, the tweet has around 30K comments, 219K retweets and around 930K likes. Many internet users trolled the singer for not even spelling the game right as it is 'Fortnite' instead of 'Fortnight'. A twitter user wrote to her that the amount of money Ninja makes in a month is the amount she makes in years. Another user said that she finds the tweet quite hilarious. A third user wrote that it is a two week periods of time where Fortnite is a popular game played on the internet. Many users posted GIFs and memes as a response to Lady Gaga's question.

Chapter 2 unveiled

Epic Games' new launch, the Fortnite Chapter 2 has finally arrived after a long wait by its fans. An official trailer was launched by the parent company giving hints on what the game is going to be about. From the trailer, it is evident that there is going to be chemical factory typesetting for this edition. It introduces a new location for players to kill each other. Then, the official launch trailer hints that some new type of weapons such as a brand-new pistol, machine guns, and sub-machine guns will be a part of it.
