Martin Short has been spotted on several occasions with Meryl Streep, which led to their dating rumours. Short is a comedian who gained recognition after starring in various roles in sketch comedy.

He has also acted in several films including Father of the Bride,  Cross My Heart, Pure Luck, A Simple Wish, Mumford, Get Over It and Cine Magique, Mack & Rita and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Martin Short's previous relationships

Martin Short met Canadian comic actress Nancy Dolman in 1972 during the run of Godspell and got married in 1980. The couple adopted three children Katherine, Oliver, and Henry. Dolman passed away due to ovarian cancer on August 21, 2010.
