Shilpa Shetty, who has been busy shooting for her fourth Kannada movie KD - The Devil, has announced the wrap of her character. The actress took to her social media handle and shared a hilarious behind-the-scenes video featuring herself, director Prem and other cast and crew. The actress will play the role of Sathyavathi Agnihotri, Sanjay Dutt's on-screen wife.

Taking to her Instagram handle, she shared a video in which she can be seen having fun with her team. The actress can be seen in high spirits, dressed in a vibrant red saree adorned with bangles and mangalsutra. She completed her look with a gajra. We can see blood stains on both of her hands. The actress who adorned a wig for the scene, expressed her relief at finally being able to remove it after completing her scenes. Sharing the video, she wrote, "It’s a wrap for #KDTheDevil - Part One. Can’t wait for you to see Satyavati in action. All set to be yours this December.

Director Prem also shared a similar video and described his experience working with the veteran actress. He wrote, "It’s a great pleasure working with you @theshilpashetty . so humble and kindness." The director also revealed that the first track of the movie will be launched on August 24.

What else do we know about KD - The Devil?

It is an action drama produced by Suprith under KVN Productions. The movie stars Dhruva Sarja in the lead, while V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Shilpa Shetty, Reeshma Nanaiah, Jisshu Sengupta and Sanjay Dutt in supporting roles. The plot of KD - The Devil is set in the 1970s, Kaalidasa alias "KD" Alam, a notorious gangster, gets released from prison and wages a war against gangsters in Bangalore, including Vishal Agnihotri, who is a more menacing gangster and opponent to take down Kaalidasa "KD" Alam. The movie is set to hit the theatres in December this year.
