Yash 19 titled Toxic: Director Geetu Mohandas says the film is an 'amalgamation of two opposite worl

Yash, known for thesuccess of KGF and KGF 2, recently announced his forthcoming project, titled Toxic. This venture marks his collaboration with acclaimed director Geetu Mohandas. Toxic is slated to commence filming in December 2023 and will hit the silver screens on April 10, 2025. Following the title announcement of the movie, Geetu Mohandas shared her thoughts about Toxic and how she loves experiment with her style of narratives.

Geetu Mohandas was elated following the title and release date announcement of Yash 19. Sharing her thoughts about the film, she said,"I’ve always experimented with my style of narratives . Although Liars dice and Moothon were received well internationally, I’ve always craved to find my own audience in my country . This project stemmed from that thought. This film is an amalgamation of two opposite worlds and aesthetics in story telling coming together and I found Yash . Who is one of the most brilliant minds I have come across and I’m excited for our team to begin this magical journey."

On the other hand, film’s producer Mr Venkat K Narayana expressed his excitement and said, "We are delighted to collaborate with Rocking Star Yash for our most ambitious project till date. It took time because Yash and Geetu have left no stone unturned in something dynamic with a strong narrative and massy action . I can’t wait for the world to witness this spectacular and mammoth film we are making."

Yash’s next film Toxic is directed Mollywood actor-turned-director Geethu Mohandas. As per media reports, the film is touted to be an action-oriented movie on the backdrops of the drug mafia operating on a large scale in Goa. Toxic is expected to be mounted on a high budget. It is produced by KVN Productions and will release in theatres on April 10, 2025.
