Yash reacts after 3 fans die of electrocution while putting up banners on actor’s birthday
During the media interaction, KGF actor Yash said he never liked the idea of his fans installing big banners of him on his birthdays.

Yash reached Gadang, Karnataka to meet the family of three fans who got electrocuted while installing a huge flex to wish the actor on his birthday. After meeting the families, the actor interacted with the media and reacted to the unfortunate tragedy. He showed his displeasure and said that he never liked his fans installing huge birthday banners for him.
I always distanced myself from fans: Yash
During the media interaction, the actor revealed that this is the reason why he maintained distance from his fans and made sure not to show off just by surrounding himself with them. He added that his only concern is that take their life seriously. He said, “I never liked people installing huge hoardings of me on my birthday and always distanced myself from fans even if they felt bad. I never like to have fans all around me or to show off. My only concern is they should pay attention to their life and not go berserk on my birthday.”
On meeting the families, the actor added that he had come to meet the family not because his fans died but because of the carelessness of his fans their families are suffering now.
About the tragedy
On Sunday, three youths were electrocuted in Gadag district while installing a huge poster to wish Yash on his birthday. During the installation, they came in contact with the electric wire and died on the spot, said Police. The incident took place at the Surangi village in Lakshmeshwar taluk of the district. The deceased persons have been identified as Hanamanta Harijan (21), Murali Nadavinamani (20), Naveen Ghazi (19). Apart from the deceased, three more were seriously injured, who have been admitted to Lakshmeshwar Hospital for treatment. The Karnataka government has announced a compensation of Rs two lakh each for the next of kin of the deceased, and Rs 50,000 each for the three injured.
