The music removed fancies became a hot topic among netizens and many criticised for her vocals. A user said a video on Instagram and one user wrote, “Bruh, who even says this is stable? Like, is "stable" even in the room with us right now? lmao”. Another user wrote, “This is why I do not like KPOP in general. Most of them do not have talent in singing. They all like just serve aesthetic”. “I can’t stand her voice at all. For a season artist, her voice is not good at all!!!!”, wrote the third user.
Jisoo recently released her single Earthquake on February 14 this year. This song is from her debut solo Amortage. This also marks her first solo release after departing from YG Entertainment and Interscope Records in 2023.

Jisoo made her solo debut for Flower in 2023. The song marked Jisoo's only single release as a soloist under YG and Interscope, before her departure from the labels in December 2023. Flower received favorable reviews from music critics, who complimented the poetic lyrics and fresh production, as well as Jisoo's vocals.

Jisoo’s upcoming projects
Jisoo is not only talented in singing, but has also tried her hands in acting. The actress gained recognition for her acting skills in Snowdrop alongside Jung Hae-in. She will next be seen in a romantic fantasy series Newtopia.
The show premiered on OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on February 7, 2025 (in selected regions). Jisoo reportedly filming for another project titled Boyfriend on Demand with Seo In Guk. Several videos from the sets had gone viral long earlier. She will also be seen in a film titled Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. The film's casting was officially confirmed on January 24, 2024, featuring Kim Ji-soo as Lee Ji-hye, Chae Soo-bin as Yoo Sang-ah, Nana as Jung Hee-won, Shin Seung-ho as Lee Hyun-sung, Park Ho-san as Gong Pil-du, and Choi Young-joon as Han Myung-oh.
