Prithviraj Sukumaran Buys ₹30.6 Crore Duplex In Mumbai, Will Be DeepVeer's Neighbour

Prithviraj Sukumaran is a popular Malayalam actor known for his action-packed performances in superhits like Salaar: Part 1, Lucifer, and Kaduva, has added another cap to his success story. The Malayalam actor has now expanded his real estate portfolio with the acquisition of a luxurious duplex apartment in Mumbai.

Prithviraj Sukumaran buys a new house

Popular actor Prithviraj Sukumaran has recently acquired a luxurious duplex apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill, Bandra. The property, bought for a substantial ₹30.6 crore, was acquired through his production company, Prithviraj Productions Private Limited. He and his wife, Supriya Menon, already own another apartment in the same locality valued at nearly ₹17 crore.

The new apartment is located in Narain Terraces, a well-established housing society offering various options, including 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments. Spanning approximately 2,971 sq. ft., Prithviraj's duplex is a notable addition to his real estate collection. 

The property includes four dedicated car parking spaces covering 431 sqft.

The purchase was finalised in September 2024. The actor paid a stamp duty of ₹1.84 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000. Recently, other celebrities such as Ranveer Singh , Triptii Dimri, Athiya Shetty, and cricketer KL Rahul have also bought properties in the area.

Prithviraj Sukumaran buys brand new Porsche 911 GT3

In June 2024, the actor bought a new Porsche 911 GT3 valued at ₹3 crore, adding to his impressive car collection. Porsche India also shared on Instagram a video showing Prithviraj engaging with the brand's representatives. He appeared thrilled as he drove the luxury car home. 

Media reports also reveal that Prithviraj’s collection includes a Lamborghini Urus SUV, Porsche Cayenne, Tata Safari, and Mini Cooper JCW.
