Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty to release on OTT in less than a month after its release
The Naveen Polishetty and Anushka Shetty starrer romantic comedy will be releasing on OTT before the film finishes one month since its theatrical release.

Naveen Polishetty and Anushka Shetty recently teamed up for their latest film, Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty. The romantic comedy ended up performing well at the box office when it opened in theaters. The film reportedly collected a worldwide sum of Rs 50 crore against a budget of Rs 12.5 crore. Now, the film is set to debut on OTT.
The official social media handle for Netflix India South announced the OTT release date of the romantic comedy flick. In the post, they wrote, “When a Chef and a comic team up, you know they're cooking up something hilarious! Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty is coming on Netflix on October 5th in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.” See the post below.

Previously, Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty were rumoured to be potentially getting adapted in Hindi. As per the news outlet 123Telugu and online rumours, Yash Raj Films as well as Dharma Productions are trying to secure the rights to the film from UV Creations. No word on whether there are any developments on that front is final.
Whether it is not confirmed if talks are on about a potential Bollywood remake of Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty, the interest in buying the rights to the film will surely be there. In addition to the lead pair, the movie features Jayasudha, Tulasi, Murali Sharma, Sonia Deepti, Bhadram, Abhinav Gomatam and more in prominent roles. It is a light-hearted comedy that will certainly be a hit among a larger audience.
