Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) produced the two-season docu-series Mega Icons in collaboration with National Geographic India, airing in 2018 and 2020. This inspirational series showcases the unknown journey of 21st-century tycoons. In 2020, the second season documentary featured the late Ratan Tata, revealing lesser-known details about his journey and struggles to become one of the biggest industrialists in the world. It focuses on guidance on how he builds himself.
The episode also highlights how Ratan Tata, a visionary and social architect, contributed to national development. The documentary was directed by Sharon Pinto and Shruti Takulia, the episode was written by Raja Sen, with contributions from Ross Huguet. The series is available in five languages: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and English.
