Karmma Calling teaser: Raveena Tandon as Indrani puts her morals to test in new thriller series

Raveena Tandon unveiled the teaser of her upcoming web series Karmma Calling on Friday. Helmed by Ruchi Narain, in the series, she plays the role of Indrani Kothari in a world of glitz and glamour, filled with deceit and betrayal. The actress took to her social media handle to unveil the first look.

Taking to Instagram, Raveena shared a video in which she can be seen in a glam avatar. The scene unfolds at a lavish dining table, with Raveena gracefully seated. Set against the backdrop of the ultra-rich and affluent Kothari family, the 32-second clip is catchy and leaves you wondering about the plotline of the series. The series is based on the U.S. original series Revenge, which aired from 2011-2015.

Sharing the teaser, she wrote in the caption, "What goes around, comes around? Let Karma come calling, I will handle it."

Talking about the series, Raveena Tandon said that she hasn’t played such a character in a very long time and is looking forward to audience's reaction. The actress said, "Indrani Kothari believes the world is her stage. Karmma Calling is definitely more than what meets the eye and explores different facets of the world of the rich. Playing Indrani helped me explore more for myself as an actor. It is a never-seen-before and never done before role and I am looking forward to audience reactions. Collaborating with Ruchi Narain has been exceptional.”
