Sreeleela to juggle between Guntur Kaaram, Nithiin's next with Venky Kudumula

Several media reports surfaced earlier stating that Rashmika Mandanna had opted out of the upcoming film VNRTrio. While the reason cited was her packed schedule, neither the filmmakers nor the actress had officially commented on the matter at the time. Now, a new update on the film has seemingly confirmed her exit and also revealed her replacement.

Rashmika Mandanna's replacement begins shoot

Recently, the makers of Nithiin's next oragnised a pooja ceremony ahead of the first schedule, which kickstarted on Saturday in Hyderabad. The photos from the event went viral on social media. While Rashmika Mandanna wasn't seen in any of the photos, Sreeleela was seen posing alongside Nithiin. The photos confirmed that Rashmika is out and Sreeleela is in the film.

Reportedly, Rashmika Mandanna has walked out of the film as her dates were clashing with other projects. For the unversed, Venky considered Rashmika her lucky charm and even gave a tentative title of VNRTrio to the project as it was their second collaboration after Bheeshma. Her decision to opt out of the film has raised eyebrows. However, it has been reported that it was a mutual decision and the makers thought it was the right thing to do.

Second collaboration between Nithiin and Venky Kudumula

The announcement of the second collaboration between Nithiin, Rashmika Mandanna, and Venky Kudumula after Bheeshma was made on the occasion of Ugadi. In the video, Director Venky shared that this movie will be very different from Chalo and Bheeshma. Now, Sreeleela has come on board the film. She is also doing Guntur Kaaram opposite Mahesh Babu and will now juggle between her two much-awaited films

The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers. Actors Nata Kireeti Rajendra Prasad and Vennela Kishore among others will also be part of the film. While Sai Sriram will crank the camera, Prawin Pudi is the editor and Raam Kumar is the art director.
