Why Dhanush was banned for taking up new films?
Producers who have invested so far in films that have not started filming due to lack of commitment from the actors, particularly Dhanush, are facing grave financial consequences.
Earlier, this year Dhanush faced temporary restrictions from the TFPC after being accused of accepting without delivering films. The issue was resolved when he agreed to repay Five Star Creations and commit to a project with Thenandal Films.
