Kanguva First Review Goes Viral, Is Suriya, Bobby Deol Starrer As Good As Promised?

Kanguva First Review: Suriya starrer action fantasy directed by Siva is all set to release on November 14, 2024, on the occasion of Children's Day. With the promotions for the film going on in full swing, the first review of the film is finally out and it is by lyricist Madhan Karky, who has worked on the screenplay of the film.

While fans of the Suriya are eagerly waiting for the film to hit theatres and see their favourite star after a long time on big screens, lyricist Madhan Karky revealed that he watched the full version of Kanguva today on October 24.

Taking to X, Karky shared the first review by quoting, “Watched the full version of #Kanguva today. I’ve seen each scene more than a hundred times during the dubbing process, yet the impact of the movie grows with every viewing. The grandeur of the visuals, the intricate detailing of the art, the depth of the story, and the majesty of the music all combine with a powerhouse performance by @Suriya_offl sir, making this one of the finest pieces of art created. A heartfelt thanks to @directorsiva sir for the scintillating experience he had crafted, and to @StudioGreen2 for weaving this thread of dreams into reality.”

The film is set to debut in approximately 3,500 theatres across eight languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English, French, and Spanish. The production team plans to use advanced AI technology to recreate Suriya’s voice for each language version.

Meet the cast of Kanguva

Besides Suriya, the film also stars Bobby Deol, Disha Patani , Yogi Babu, and others in prominent roles. Actor and Suriya’s brother Karthi is also expected to make an appearance in the film. 

National Film Award-winning composer Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music for the film. Prime Video has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film.
