Black and gold promo of Coolie looks intriguing

In the teaser of Coolie, a group of people, who seem to be part of a gold smuggling gang get a phone call about a man who needs to be killed. A knock on the door and enter Rajinikanth. He takes on the goons like it's his everyday job. Easily, he beats them all to pulp and goes on to converse with their boss on the phone while lying on the loot of the smugglers.

It seems like the character played by Rajinikanth in Lokesh's film will either have an affinity for gold or will put those smuggling them behind the bars. What is certain though is that the film will be action-packed and a treat for fans of both Thalaivar and director Lokesh Kanagaraj. While there have been rumours circulating around the cast of Coolie, no official name has been attached to the project apart from Rajinikanth's.

Meet the team of Coolie
