Superstar Rajinikanth is currently on his annual spiritual journey to the Himalayas. A new video has surfaced where he is seen conversing with a yogi, discussing his latest projects. He mentioned completing his scenes for director TJ Gnanavel's film Vettaiyan, which is scheduled for release on October 10, coinciding with the Dussehra holidays. Rajinikanth also shared an update on his upcoming film Coolie.

During his Himalayan trip, Rajinikanth visited several yogis and sadhus. In one of these interactions, he revealed, "'Vettaiyan' will release for Dussehra. I have completed my portions, although the rest of the cast is still filming. The movie should come out around October 10."

He also talked about Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, saying, "There's a new project as well. I will start shooting for it from June 10 onwards."

Rajinikanth on his spiritual journeys

Rajinikanth, who is known for his spiritual inclinations, makes an annual pilgrimage to the Himalayas. This year, his itinerary included visits to Kedarnath, Badrinath, and several other shrines.

Speaking to ANI at Dehradun airport, Rajinikanth shared, "Every year, I gain new experiences on these journeys, which inspire me to continue them. I expect to gain new insights this time as well."

He emphasised the importance of spirituality, stating, "The whole world needs spirituality as it is crucial for every individual. Being spiritual means finding peace and tranquility, and fundamentally, it involves having faith in God."

Rajinikanth's last appearance was in director Nelson Dilipkumar's Jailer, a blockbuster that grossed over Rs 600 crore worldwide.
