Vettaiyan is just two days away from hitting the theatres and Thalaivar fans are leaving no stone unturned to know about the film. Now, we have got our hands on early reviews shared by a user on social media. A user named MJ Cartels has dropped the review after watching Vettaiyan supposedly at the special screening. According to the post, Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan dominated the film, while Fahadh and Rana gave a "good" performance. The post reads, "#VettaiyanReview: First reports are Super theme, Acting based Movie
- #Rajinikanth #AmithabBachan dominated the film
- #FahadhFaasil #Rana are Good
- Talk is Interval, 2nd half Highlight of the Movie
- Good twist with message"

What is the case filed against Rajinikanth’s Vettaiyan?

Ahead of the release, Vettaiyan is facing legal trouble after a complainant from Madurai filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against the film, seeking a temporary ban due to dialogues allegedly supporting "illegal encounters". For the unversed, Rajinikanth is playing the role of a cop in Vettaiyan. Going by the trailer, it seems like the character will be pulled up by the authorities for extra-judicial killings.

In his plea, Palanivel pointed out that in the recently released trailer of the movie Vettaiyan, Rajnikanth's character was seen saying that "encounter is not only a punishment but also a preventive action to stop such crimes". The makers should remove the word encounter specialist and a dialogue that states "encounters are not just punishment by a preventive action," the plea sought. He asked the makers to either delete or mute the encounters dialogue in Vettaiyan.

Vettaiyan is slated to hit the theatres on October 10.
