Vijay's Thalapathy 68 producer issues clarification on film's rumoured titles

Vijay's Thalapathy 68 has been shooting at a brisk pace. A couple of schedules of the upcoming film have been completed as the makers aim for a 2024 release. Meanwhile, there have been rumours doing the rounds about the title of the film, which makers have now cleared the air on.

Thalapathy 68 title clarification is here

Thalapathy 68 is the tentative title of Vijay's upcoming film, directed by Venkat Prabhu. News reports doing the rounds have suggested that Boss or Puzzle was the title of the film. However, producer Archana Kalpathi of AGS Entertainment took to social media to quash the rumours surrounding the film while its still in the production phase.

Meet the cast and crew of Thalapathy 68

Thalapathy 68 cast includes Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Mic Mohan, Sneha, Laila, Meenakshii Chaudhary, Jayaram, Ajmal Ameer, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Vaibhav, Premgi Amaren, Aravind Akash and Ajay Raj, among others. Since its pooja, the movie has already completed parts of its shooting.

Maanaadu director Venkat Prabhu has joined hands with Thalapathy Vijay for the first time for Thalapathy 68. The movie is produced by AGS Entertainment and the makers finished the first schedule of shooting in Chennai last month, followed by schedules in Bangkok and Turkey. It is rumoured that Thalapathy 68 might see Vijay in a double role but there is no confirmation on this front by the makers.

Set to open in cinemas in 2024, Thalapathy 68 is currently one of the biggest Tamil films in production, and will also feature Venkat Prabhu's longtime collaborator Yuvan Shankar who will be composing the film's tracks.
