Ali Merchant is all set to tie the knot with his girlfriend Andleeb Zaidi in Lucknow on Thursday (November 2). The actor's wedding celebrations have kicked off with a haldi ceremony. Photos and videos from the function have been doing the rounds on social media.

The wedding festivities of Ali Merchant and Andleeb Zaidi began in full swing with a haldi ceremony. In the photos, donned a bright yellow kurta, complemented by a red shawl and a yellow barkati cap. He wore garlands around his neck as his mother conducted the customary rituals. The intimate ceremony was a close-knit affair, with only close family members in attendance.

Ali and Andleeb have been in a relationship for over a year. However, they made their relationship public last month. Andleeb is a Hyderabad-based model, and the couple first met during a fashion show in the city. The duo first connected through social media. In an interview with Midday last month, Ali Merchant said that his current relationship with Andleeb Zaidi is heading towards something substantial.
