The couple tied the knot in March last year following which the actress, along with her son Jaydon moved to Kenya to be with Patel. Dalljiet Kaur’s husband Nikhil Patel took to his Instagram account on June 2 to share a cryptic note amid rumours of his divorce from his wife. The note comes days after the actress accused him of having an extramarital affair with someone whose initials are SN. Without mentioning Kaur directly, Nikhil Patel posted a quotation on making mistakes and moving on. 

Nikhil shared a quote that reads, “Better to jump and make a mistake than to sit there too frightened to make a move.” Implying that he follows this in his life, he mentioned, “100% How I Roll.” He also added, “Make a mistake, it’s ok! Lesson learned… move on!”

On May 25, Dalljiet took to her Instagram account to share a series of cryptic posts. First, the actress shared a video of herself from a bridal-inspired shoot. The caption of the post caught the attention of social media users. She wrote in the post, “She chooses her silence for the sake of her kids. While her family holds her tight not letting her fall. She waits.” Along with this, the actress mentioned, “Hey SN..do you have kids too.” 

The last line in the caption left netizens needing clarification about who Dalljiet was referring to. Soon after this, she took to her Instagram stories to share the same video with a poll asking her followers about their views on extra-marital affairs. She wrote in the story, “What’s your thought on the extramarital affair?” and then shared options, “The girl, the husband or the wife.”
