Dheeraj Dhoopar has been in the news after reports suggested that he will be making his debut in Bollywood. However, now the actor has reacted to the same and revealed that he is working on some project. He also addressed the topic of being labelled as a TV actor.

Dheeraj Dhoopar reveals his Bollywood debut plans

Speaking to Bollywood Bubble, the TV star revealed that everyone in Mumbai comes with a dream of becoming an actor and coming on the ‘big screen’. Similarly, even he came to Mumbai with the dream of working in Bollywood and is working towards it. He added that his fans might see him on the silver screen soon.

“Absolutely yeah why not? I think all of us, whoever comes to Mumbai to become an actor have a dream of coming on the big screen. I’m also one of them and touchwood you might see me sooner or later, talks are on. Nothing is concrete as yet but we will announce soon," said Dheeraj Dhoopar.

Dheeraj Dhoopar opens up about being labelled as a TV actor

When asked about how he takes the label of being a 'TV actor,' to this, the actor replied, that he "always had a problem" and added that a medium cannot define an actor.

“I always had a problem with me being called a TV actor. Why? I’m just an actor who wants to be part of all the mediums simultaneously. I want to do films I want to do OTT, I want to do music albums, I want to do TV everything. I’m not demeaning anything. TV is always been my first love and will always be my first love and I always wanted to switch over to a different medium."

This year, the actor made his digital debut with the series Tatlubaaz, starring Nargis Fakhri, Divya Agarwal, and Zeishan Quadri.
