Hina Khan has been quite active on her social media handle since she informed her followers about her Breast Cancer diagnosis. From day 1 of the treatment to chopping off her long hair, the actress has been documenting her journey to motivate the people suffering from cancer. In a recent post, she shared photos from the day, she told her mother about her diagnosis.

On Saturday evening, Hina shared a series of photos and penned a heartwarming note about how mothers have a superpower to consume “sorrow” and “pain”. In the pictures, the actress can be seen wrapped in her mother’s arms as they both sat on the stairs. In the caption, she wrote, “This was the day she received the news of my diagnosis, the shock that she felt was inexplicable but she found a way to hold me and forget her pain. A Superpower in which Mothers excel always. Even her world was crumbling down yet she found a way to shelter me in her arms and give me strength.”
