Urvashi Dholakia's son Kshitij Dholakia took to his Instagram handle to share a story featuring his mother. In the short video, Urvashi can be seen seated on a hospital bed, visibly unwell. The update did not share any particulars of what exactly landed his mother in the hospital. The only thing the video carried was a 'get well soon' sticker. 

Additional information from Kshitij's stories reveal that Urvashi is currently admitted to Mumbai's Nanavati Max Super Specialty Hospital. No direct update about her health has come from the actress herself.

Did Urvashi Dholakia's dance injury land her in the hospital?

Urvashi Dholakia had been nursing two hairline fractures on either side of her right foot's big toe. She sustained the injury while rehearsing for her dance pieces she was to perform in lieu of her participation in a leading reality television show. A while back, the actress had shared graphic pictures of her swollen big toe as proof of her injury in response to being trolled for lying about the same.

The caption to her post read, "For all those ppl who’ve been saying that my injury is fake well here are the images in ur face !!! Two hairline fractures on each side of my big toe. ! HAPPY NOW ?? I never posted these as sympathy is not something I thrive on and never will ! Yes the pain is real and I’m in my second week of this injury and it’s still not healed as I’ve been rehearsing every day without any resting period but that’s the way I am … STRONG !" It is however, unclear at this point if it is her injury that led to her recent hospitalisation.
