The actress became a housheold name after portraying the role of Kinjal Shah in the show. Recently, she confirmed her departure from the show and revealed the reason behind it.

Why is Nidhi Shah leaving Anupamaa?

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Nidhi Shah confirmed her exit from Anupamaa, stating that it was the right time for her to bid farewell to the show. She said, "There wasn't much left to do, and it's always better to not drag a character and have a decent end to it." Nidhi said that she learned about her character's exit through the makers. Upon learning about her character's exit, the actress admitted feeling emotional and overwhelmed.
