Prabhas' Kalki 2898 AD Co-star Says He Is 'Darling' For A Reason, Hopes To Return For Sequel

Kalki 2898 AD is not just enjoying its run at the box office but also garnering positive reviews from the audience. The actors, such as Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas and others are being praised for their performance in the movie. However, a fan, who is also a cast member, shared his experience working in Kalki 2898 AD. A video of Humhu, who played one of the raiders is going viral on the internet, in which he can be seen praising Prabhas for being warm and welcoming.

Why Prabhas is called 'darling'?

Actor Humhu, in a viral video, can be heard sharing that Prabhas and Deepika Padukone helped him throughout the movie and gave him tips when he was performing an action sequence. He said, "There is no scene with Amitabh Bachchan in this film. Hopefully, there will be in the next part. But I got some very good scenes with Prabhas and Deepika." Praising Prabhas he said, "Prabhas is rightly called 'darling'. He taught me personally. In an action sequence, he took me to a side and gave me tips. He didn't need to do it, I'm a newcomer, and I was already a fan. But he gave me tips like an elder brother."

How did Deepika Padukone ease Humhu's nervousness?

Humhu, who is also a fan of Deepika, was quite nervous to film a scene with her so he cracked a joke to make him laugh. This is a big deal. "They are huge celebrities and don't need to do these. They are professional and big-hearted people. It was my fortune that I worked with them," the actor added. He further shared that it was a "beautiful but difficult" experience to be part of the movie. He even suffered some minor injuries while shooting Kalki 2898 AD.

When asked about the release date of the second part of the movie, to this, he replied, that it might happen within a year, but most of the filming of the second part is yet to be done.

The movie has been doing well at the domestic box office. As per early estimates reported by Sacnilk, the sci-fi thriller minted ₹27 crore in Hindi at the domestic box office. Adding the third-day collection, the movie's total in Hindi now stands at ₹72.5 crore.
