Prabhas, the lead actor in the film has now expressed heartfelt gratitude to his fans and audiences worldwide for their overwhelming support.

Produced by Hombale Films, Salaar has not only made a historic mark with its Rs 500 crore global total but has also set records at the domestic box office. With an explosive opening of Rs 90.70 crore, Salaar continued its success journey, earning Rs 9.62 crore on Day 8 and an impressive Rs 12.50 crore on Day 9. The total box office collection now stands at a staggering Rs 329.62 crore in India alone.

Neel told Pinkvilla, “Yes, I drew inspiration from that era for sure, but I also tend to write in a way where my hero has to be my biggest villain. I always make that a rule and then start writing. So probably that is how it reflects.”
