Allu Arjun’s Pushpa: The Rule is among the most eagerly anticipated releases of the year. Fans are keeping the excitement high for this sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, which achieved global acclaim and became the highest-grossing Indian film of 2021. Directed by Sukumar, the film stars Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna.

Pushpa 2's climax scene to be shot with utmost secrecy

To manage the anticipation and avoid spoilers, the filmmakers have taken extraordinary precautions. According to a report by Gulte, they have filmed multiple endings to prevent any leaks from ruining the experience for viewers. These multiple endings not only safeguard the film's plot but also suggest the possibility of a third installment. In an interview with Variety, Allu Arjun mentioned, “You can definitely expect part three. We do want to make it a franchise and we have exciting ideas for the lineup.”

The final stages of filming for Pushpa 2: The Rule are currently underway, with the production team working hard to build excitement through songs and unique posters. Director Sukumar is reportedly implementing strict measures on set to keep the film's climax under wraps. Siasat reports that a no-phone policy has been enforced on set to prevent leaks of photos or videos during the climax shoot.

Pushpa 2 recently suffered a setback

Editor Antony Ruben, who was also involved in the first installment of the Pushpa franchise, was all set to step back into the same role for the sequel. However, Ruben has had to bow out of the project in lieu of tending to his other professional commitments. Ruben reportedly made extensive efforts to allot dates to Pushpa 2, but the same simply was not possible.

Following the same, Sukumar was quick to reach out to Naveen Nooli who will now be stepping in as editor for Pushpa 2. Incidentally, Nooli is a National Award winning editor, having been felicitated with the win, for his work on Jersey. Pushpa 2 is slated for a release on August 15.
