Saripodhaa Sanivaaram Actress Priyanka Mohan Suffers Injuries As Stage Collapses, Watch Video

Priyanka Mohan is currently basking in the success of the latest released Saripodhaa Sanivaaram. The actress received positive reviews for her brilliant acting skills in the film. Post her latest release, Priyanka has been attending several attends. Recently, the actress recently narrowly avoided a serious accident.

Priyanka Mohan narrowly escapes a serious accident

Priyanka Mohan was inaugurating a clothing showroom in Mahbubabad district. She was accompanied by Congress leader Jhansi Reddy, mother-in-law Palakurthi MLA Yasaswi Reddy.

After cutting the ribbon, Priyanka and Jhansi Reddy were waving to the crowd gathered outside the showroom when the stage they were standing on unexpectedly collapsed. While Priyanka suffered minor injuries, Jhansi Reddy sustained severe injuries and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital.

Priyanka Mohan shares health update to her fans

Post the horrifying stage accident, Priyanka Mohan took to  X and wrote, “In light of the accident that occurred at an event I had attended in Torrur today, I wanted to let my well wishers know that I'm okay and was lucky to escape with minor injuries.”

He further wrote, “My prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery to those who may have suffered any injuries in the incident. I would like to thank everyone for the kind messages of love and care they sent my way, Thank you.”

This sparked concern among fans and they took to comment section to wish the actress speedy recovery. One user wrote, "Relieved to hear you're okay! Sending positive vibes for a quick recovery to everyone affected.” Another user wrote, “Glad to hear the injuries were minor, Take care”. “Get back to sets of OG with double power.”, wrote the third user.

What’s next for Priyanka Mohan?

Priyanka will be next seen in the romantic-comedy Brother written and directed by M Rajesh. The movie features Jayam Ravi, Bhumika Chawla, Saranya Ponvannan, Seetha, Natarajan Subramaniam, Achyuth Kumar, Rao Ramesh, VTV Ganesh, Sathish Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Robo Shankar and others in crucial roles. The film is schedued to release on October 31, 2024.

She will also make a special appearance in the coming-of-age romantic-comedy Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam written, directed and produced by Dhanush. Priyanka is a part of Pawan Kalyan-Enraan Hashmi starrer Telugu action-thriller OG.

She was recently seen in Saripodhaa Sanivaaram alongside Nani and it has fared well at the box office.
