Raj Tarun, a Telugu actor known for his roles in several hit movies, has been accused of cheating by his live-in partner Lavanya. She filed a police complaint against the actor for cheating on her with a co-star during the shooting of his recent movie. Now, the actor has broken the silence and rubbished all the claims.

Raj Tarun held a press conference to issue a clarification over the ongoing controversy around his personal life. According to multiple media reports, the actor made a serious accusation against Lavanya and claimed that he didn't cheat on her and had parted ways mutually. "It was shocking and disappointing to hear the false allegations against me. We had been in a relationship for 10 years, and we decided to part ways according to a mutual understanding. I have never cheated or misled her," he told the media.

The actor also told police that Lavanya was accused in a drug case and was arrested once. He further revealed that Lavanya is in a relationship with Mastan Sai and has filed a complaint against him at the Guntur police station.

In her statement, Lavanya revealed that she and Raj Tarun dated for over a decade but the actor refused to acknowledge their relationship publicly. She claims that they had a secret wedding ceremony at a temple and he had promised to formalise their union legally. However, after the wedding, he disappeared for three months and was now dating his co-star.  

The actor denied the claims of getting married to Lavanya during his recent press conference. He clarified that they had been in a relationship for 10 years, but they mutually separated. Raj Tarun asserted that he never misled Lavanya or cheated on her.
