Thalapathy Vijay, Atlee to team up for 4th film? Jawan director has this to say

Atlee has established himself as one of the biggest Tamil directors to have risen to prominence in a short span of time. Not only has he directed Jawan, which has emerged as one of the biggest hits this year and still continues to break records at the box office. Now, the director spoke about his plans to collaborate with Leo actor Thalapathy Vijay once again.

Atlee open to 4th collaboration with Thalapathy Vijay

Atlee, in an interview with Pinkvilla, spoke about a number of things. He also talked about his collaboration with Thalapathy Vijay on his last few films. He said that Vijay and he developed a strong working relationship and have learned to trust their respective creative instincts. He added that before the news of Jawan was revealed to the world, he had first told Vijay about it. He also spoke about another collaboration with Vijay.

After being asked if there is another film for the duo in the cards, Atlee said, “Of course, it will happen, and why is there a doubt?” He added, “I have done just 5 films out of which 3 are with Vijay. So, when there’s the right time, we are going to do next.” 

What’s next for Vijay?

Thalapathy Vijay seems to have his schedule full. After the release of his film Leo with director Lokesh Kanagaraj, he will be working with director Venkat Prabhu. Titled Thalapathy 68, it will reportedly feature him in a double role.
