The symptoms of anger issues can manifest in two ways. Emotional symptoms include irritability, frustration, anxiety, rage, stress, feeling overwhelmed, and guilt. Physical symptoms may occur when you get angry, such as an increased heart rate and blood pressure, a tingling sensation, and muscle tension.
