Mumbai: Fire breaks out at Samsung service center in Kanjurmarg; no casualties reported

A fire broke out at Samsung Service Centre in Kanjurmarg East of Mumbai on Monday. Seven fire engines and four water tankers have moved to the spot

A major fire broke out at Samsung Service Centre in Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai on Monday. Seven fire engines and four water tankers have moved to the spot for the rescue operation. No casualties have been reported so far. 

Prashant Kadam, DCP for zone 7, told news agency ANI, "We received information around 9 pm that a fire has broken out at Samsung Service Centre in Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai due to a short circuit."

He added that the local residents have been shifted to safety.
