Days after the death of the Apple employee Vivek Tiwari, who was shot dead by Uttar Pradesh police in the state, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has met the wife and brother-in-law of the deceased at his residence on Monday to assure the family that the state government will provide all possible help they need in the case. The UP CM has ascertained the victim's family that a CBI probe will be ordered in to look into the matter. The UP government has further constituted a SIT probe in the case.

"He heard what I had to say and assured help. I had earlier also said that I have faith in our state government, and today that faith has become more strong," says Kalpana Tiwari, wife of Vivek Tiwari, after meeting UP CM Yogi Adityanath.

Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Dinesh Sharma has also announced Rs. 25 lakh for the family, including a Rs. 5 lakh deposit for Vivek Tiwari's kid's education and Rs. 5 lakh deposit for his mother.

"This is a sad incident. We are with the family," he said

While UP CM Yogi Adiyanath has been taking all the necessary actions to ensure justice for Vivek Tiwari's family, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has added religious angles to the case. Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday attacked the UP and BJP government with a ‘Hindu’ comment in the case of the Apple employee's death in Lucknow.

Owing to his insensitive comment, a police complaint has been filed against the AAP chief for promoting enmity. The complaint has been filed in Tilak Marg police station in New Delhi by BJP spokesperson Ashwini Upadhyay. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has been booked under the Sections 153A, 295A, 504, 505(1) and 505(2) of the Indian Penal Code,1860 and under the Section 67 of the IT Act, 2000.

Ashwini Upadhyay took it to his Twitter handle to post the pictures of the complaint lodged against AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal which reasons it for ‘promoting enmity on the grounds of religion, doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony, deliberate act to outrage religious feelings of 125 crore Hindus and defaming Hindu's daughter and BJP leaders’.

On Sunday, Delhi CM posted the controversial and communalizing tweet on his social media handle in which he wrote,

The AAP leader attacked the UP and BJP government of 'crimes against Hindu' while accusing the present government of playing politics on religion. On his Twitter handle, he wrote, "Vivek Tiwari was Hindu. Then why was he killed? The BJP leaders across the country rape Hindu girls. Open your eyes. BJP are not pro-HIndu. They can even kill all the Hindus in order to form the government."

Here it is:

Arvind Kejriwal faced a lot of flak on the social media for adding a religious twist to the death of the Apple employee in Lucknow. In fact, the wife of the deceased, Vivek Tiwari, who was shot dead by the UP Police in Lucknow also expressed her dismay against the 'Hindu' comment of AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal as she said, "Please do not connect everything to faith and religion".
