Akash Ambani-Shloka Mehta Wedding | Google CEO Sundar Pichai and his wife Anjali just arrived at the big wedding and we're all feeling lucky

Blow the horns as Reliance Chairperson Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's son, Akash Ambani will tie the knot with Shloka Mehta, the daughter of diamantaire Russell Mehta, in a grand ceremony on March 9 in Mumbai. 

Among the star-studded affair, Google CEO Sundar Pichai made a grand entry with wife Anjali. They wore Manish Malhotra as the designer posted it on his handle.

 

 

Sundar was donning a greyish-white Sherwani whereas Anjali Pichai was looking no less than a Goddess in white lengha. 

Meanwhile, The VIP guest former British PM Tony Blair and his wife Cherie Blair also arrived at the venue. Tony Blair was spotted wearing a classic black blazer and an ocean blue pocket square whereas the Cherie Blair was wearing a pretty peach-pink dress. The couple was escorted by Anil Ambani.

As the guests start arriving, we can't help but stare at the beautiful floral wall built right at the entrance for the guests. Decked up with shades of pink and green, the entrance looks stunning.

Apart from that, there is an elephant statue. The roof is decorated with white wisteria hanging flowers, and it sure looks extraordinary.

According to a PTI report, senior politicians including Pranab Mukherjee, Prakash Javadekar, Mamta Banerjee, Vijay Rupani, Chandrababu Naidu and Devendra Fadnavis, among others have confirmed their presence.

The wedding festivities of this royal affair began on February 23, 2019 with a grand bash in St. Moritz, Switzerland. Many Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, Karan Johar, Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor among others. The celebrations took place at the Badrutt Palace.

The celebrations in Switzerland saw performances by Chris Martin of Coldplay and The Chainsmokers.

A private musical night at Antilia, followed by the Mala and Mehendi function, a Sangeet ceremony and Anna Seva at the Jio World Centre, were also hosted by the Ambani family.
