Cold conditions prevail in Rajasthan, Churu records low of 4.5 deg C

Cold weather conditions prevailed in parts of Rajasthan with Churu recording the lowest minimum temperature among the major cities at 4.5 degrees Celsius, a meteorological department official said.

Dabok recorded a low of 5.5 degrees Celsius, followed by Sriganganagar 6.4 degrees Celsius, Ajmer 7.7 degrees Celsius, Jaipur 7.8 degrees Celsius, Kota 8.4 degrees Celsius, Jaisalmer 9 degrees Celsius, Jodhpur 9.2 degrees Celsius, Bikaner 9.7 degrees Celsius and Barmer 10.8 degrees Celsius.

Barmer also recorded a high of 27.3 degrees Celsius the highest in the state. Maximum temperature at most of the cities was recorded between 22 degrees Celsius and 27 degrees Celsius.
