Couple, one-month-old daughter killed in bike-car collision in UP

A couple and their one-month-old daughter died after the motorcycle in which they were travelling collided with a car here, police said on Sunday.

The accident took place in Sohaav village, which comes under the jurisdiction of Narhi police station, on Saturday, Additional Superintendent of Police Sanjay Yadav said.

The motorbike collided with a car coming from the opposite direction, killing 30-year-old Gulab Rajbhar, his wife Seema (25) and their daughter, and injuring their son.

The injured person was rushed to the district hospital.

According to police, Gulab was returning from his in-laws' house.

Police have sent the bodies for postmortem, Yadav added.
