Good Newwz: Kareena Kapoor-Kiara Advani show 'Poo' swag in fun video

While movies like Jab We Met and Chameli might be considered as Kareena Kapoor Khan’s best works of all time, her act as Pooja or ‘Poo’ from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... has a fan following of its own. The over-the-top act might be poked fun at often, but will definitely remain among the most popular moments of Kareena’s career always. While ‘Poo’ is synonymous with the actor, she gave another actor the chance to recreate the swag associated with the character. Kareena, along with Kiara Advani, brought memories of the character alive, as they termed themselves as ‘PHAT’ for the shoot of a song for their movie Good Newwz.

The team of Good Newwz got together for the shoot of a song for their movie. Apart from the lead quartet, Akshay Kumar, Kareeena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani, popular music stars like Badshah and Harrdy Sandhu also joined for the shooting of the track. The stars are all dressed in cool party outfits, the men with jackets, loose pants and glares, while the ladies dazzled in short dresses and heals. "GoodNewwz straight from me to you!! I give you this Legendary cast on the Dance Floor this Christmas 🎁 Lucky You, LuckyMe,” Akshay captioned the post.

‘Poo’ resurfaces 

Later, a video from behind the scenes also surfaced. The producer of the movie, Karan Johar is seen asking the ladies, “Hey girls, Oh My God! OMG, you girls look fab.” “Fab? Not Fab, PHAT. Pretty hot and tempting,” Kiara and Kareena are seen saying with the typical ‘Poo’ swagger. Later, in another video, Karan Johar and Kareena recreate a moment of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... KJo ask her, “Hey Poo, movie tonight?” and she replies, “Tell me how it was.” Watch the videos here:

Earlier, the team of Good Newwz had brilliantly done the ‘Bala Challenge’ as Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 4 song geared up for release. Meanwhile, Good Newwz will be Akshay Kumar’s fourth film of this year after Kesari, Mission Mangal and Housefull 4. Good Newwz directed by Raj Mehta, also has Akshay as one of the producers and the movie hits the theatres on December 27.
