Nagaland government has been practising lottery games since the Supreme Court legalised lottery games in India in 13 states. Nagaland has daily schemes of lotteries, with their draws happening at 11.55 am and 8 pm respectively. Both the time slots have attractive cash prizes, and thus many people buy lottery tickets in an attempt to try their luck. The price of the lottery ticket is set at a minimum of ₹6 so that common people can afford it. There are a total of 4.10 Cr tickets printed so that maximum people can participate. The first prize winner gets to take home a large sum of ₹25 lakhs. Multiple consolation prizes are allocated where winners can take home ₹1000 each. The second prize winner gets to take ₹9000, whereas multiple third prize winners get ₹500. The winners at the fourth position get ₹250 and fifth place winners get ₹120.

If you are one of the winners in the list, then it is mandatory to turn in your ticket with a copy of the claim forms available online. Along with the claim form you have to attach government recognised photo ID and passport size photographs.
