Kamal Haasan, Rajini drop major hint about possibility of joining hands for State welfare

Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan drop major hint about the possibility of working together in an upcoming movie as well as in politics for the welfare of the State.

The Tamil audience is always excited about Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan coming together in the same movie after they become superstars, which hasn't happened until recently. But now, both the stars have hinted that they will join hands in politics for the welfare of the people if there is a necessity.

Actor turned politician and Makkal Needhi Maiam chief Kamal Haasan made a very big statement about the possibility of superstar Rajinikanth working with him in Tamil Nadu while addressing the press at the airport.

"If the necessity arises for me and Rajinikanth to work together, we will. There is nothing wrong with both of us coming together. If we have to work together for the betterment of the state, we will," he said. 

Just an hour later when Rajinikanth who was on his way to Goa from Chennai airport also gave a statement supporting Kamal Haasan. He said "If there is a necessity to join for the welfare of people, we'll surely join hands"

Earlier, when Tamil director SA Chandrasekhar had said that Both Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan have to come together to "clean" Tamilnadu politics, during the event which was organised to honour Kamal Haasan for his 60 years of contribution to Indian cinema. This event became the massive headline for the day about the possibility of two south superstars in politics coming together.

Rajnikanth criticizes AIADMK

Kamal Haasan who started his party in 2018 and contested in the parliamentary elections grabbed about 3.50% of vote share. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth is also active and has always voiced his political opinions. Rajinikanth recently criticized the AIADMK government and said that Tamil Nadu chief minister Edapadi Palanisamy is "lucky" and him becoming a CM is a 'miracle'. Meanwhile, Rajinikanth is also active and has always voiced his political opinions. Rajnikanth criticized the AIADMK by saying "So, miracles will happen. It happened yesterday, it is happening today and it will happen tomorrow". 

Senior AIADMK minister Jayakumar responded to Rajnikanth's statements and said,  "Rajinikanth is the one who believes in luck and miracle, We believe people and voters, The Miracle which Rajinikanth is talking about will not happen in Tamilnadu". The official mouthpiece of AIADMK also lashed Rajinikanth on Tuesday, It said that "Rajinikanth who was a conductor would've not even thought that he will become a superstar one day"

 The AIADMK started criticizing Rajinikanth after he clarified he is not being 'saffronized' in a public statement.  BJP is yet to react on the statement of both the stars while DMK doesn't want to comment on anything on this development.
