This has come in the aftermath of the unearthing of human skeletal remains in the backyard of SKMC Hospital. As per the visuals, skull and limbs of the skeletal were seen in the premises of Muzaffarpur hospital amid Encephalitis outbreak that has now claimed over 175 lives.

While the Medical Superintendent sought a report from the post mortem department in the matter, reports suggested that 20-25 corpses were burnt together from the nearby postmortem house.

Meanwhile, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy CM Sushil Modi have been silent about the Encephalitis outbreak, with the former slamming the media saying it to 'stay in limits' and the latter asking reporters to 'leave the press conference if they want to ask about the death of the children'.

From 'Litchi' to 'excessive heat', Bihar ministers have been giving bizarre excuses to the reason of the outbreak, even as no substantial solution can be seen., while Minister of Agriculture in the Government of Bihar Prem Kumar said that it is a conspiracy against 'litchi'.

The AES is a viral disease that causes flu-like symptoms such as high fever, vomiting and in extreme cases, brain dysfunction, seizure, and inflammation of heart and kidney.
